Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 23, 2026
The agreement between you and Talosha that governs your use of the Order of Talosha, its programs, community, and every purchase made through it.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Order of Talosha website, digital products, membership programs, community platforms, educational content, merchandise, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Ownership. The Order of Talosha, its website, programs, community, and all associated Services are owned and operated by Talosha, which is the party to these Terms.
- Electronic agreement. By clicking a button to create an account, start a trial, complete a checkout, or accept an offer, you agree that your click is your electronic signature and has the same effect as a signed paper agreement.
- Other terms. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. Specific programs, promotions, the Affiliate Agreement, and offers presented at checkout may carry additional terms; where they conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms govern that program or offer.
- Definitions. "Talosha," "we," "us," and "our" mean the legal entity Talosha described in Section 23. "You" means the person using the Services. "Member" means a person with an account. "Rank" means a level of the Order's progression system. "Offer" means any product, upsell, or price presented to you through the Services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or make any purchase through our platform. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- By registering for an account or completing a purchase, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information as necessary.
- Talosha reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet the requirements set forth in this section.
- You may use the Services only where doing so is lawful, and you represent that you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.
3. User Accounts
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party.
- You are fully liable for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Talosha shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
- You must immediately notify Talosha of any unauthorized access to your account, suspected security breach, or any other unauthorized use of your credentials through our official support channels.
- Talosha reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
- Each account is for one individual. Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials, offers, or credits, or sharing one account between several people, is not permitted.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- All payments must be made through our approved payment processors, including but not limited to Stripe. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- All purchases, subscriptions, and upsells processed through our platform are final and non-refundable, unless an explicit written exception is stated at the point of purchase or otherwise provided by Talosha in writing.
- Active subscriptions, including Order memberships at all tier levels, may be canceled by providing written notice to Talosha at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the next billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, your access to the Services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
- For members enrolled at the Explorer Rank: the cost of the bundled physical book and diary is covered by Talosha. However, all applicable shipping and handling charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Talosha reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, billing cycles, or included benefits at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided to active members.
- Fees and taxes. Every transaction includes a payment processing fee of three percent (3%) of the transaction value, plus any applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes, all shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise; your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges.
- Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend the related access until payment succeeds. You remain responsible for any amount still owed.
- Disputes and chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If you dispute a charge you authorized, we may suspend the associated access and your account while the dispute is resolved, and may provide evidence of your authorization to the payment processor.
- Statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that the law of your place of residence does not allow to be waived. Where a right of withdrawal applies to digital content, you request that access begin immediately and acknowledge that the right ends once access has begun, to the extent the law permits.
5. Free Trials & Payment Plans
- Trials. Where an offer includes a free or introductory trial, the trial length, the price that follows, and the charge schedule are shown before you confirm. A trial may begin with a small verification charge to confirm and save your card; that amount is credited against your first scheduled payment.
- Automatic conversion. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your enrollment converts automatically into the paid plan disclosed at checkout and your saved payment method is charged on schedule, without further action from you.
- Payment Plans. An installment or deferred-payment plan (a "Payment Plan") is a way of paying one fixed total price over time. It is not a cancellable subscription. By choosing a Payment Plan you commit to pay the full price, and that commitment continues if you cancel, stop using, or do not complete the program.
- Scheduled charges. You authorize Talosha to charge each installment to your saved payment method on its scheduled date until the full price is paid, without separate approval for each charge. If an installment fails, is declined, or is reversed, the remaining balance may become due immediately, and access to the program may be suspended until the account is brought current.
- Installment payments are final and non-refundable. The full terms of Payment Plans are also set out in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. One-Click Purchases & Upsells
- By placing an initial order and entering your payment details on our platform, you expressly authorize Talosha and the Order of Talosha to securely store your card information via our payment processor for use in future authorized transactions.
- When you click on any one-time purchase or upsell offer button, you expressly and irrevocably authorize the stored payment method to be charged for the amount displayed at the time of selection, inclusive of any applicable taxes and a 3% payment processing fee.
- One-click purchase charges are applied immediately and automatically upon your affirmative selection of the relevant offer. No re-entry of payment details is required. Your act of clicking constitutes full purchase authorization.
- All one-time purchases and upsell transactions are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable once processed. You should carefully review all offer details before clicking to accept.
- If you do not wish to accept a presented offer, you must explicitly select the decline or skip option. Clicking the acceptance button will result in the charge being processed as authorized.
- You may ask us to remove your stored payment method at any time. Doing so ends authorization for future one-click purchases; it does not cancel installments already scheduled under a Payment Plan.
7. Credits & Promotional Offers
- From time to time, Talosha may grant promotional credits to customers as part of specific marketing or loyalty initiatives. All credits are subject to the specific conditions and limitations disclosed at the time of issuance. Credits hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Credits may be revoked, withheld, or voided at Talosha's sole discretion if the conditions required to earn or retain them are not fully and properly met.
- Credits are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.
- All credits are subject to expiration. Credits not redeemed within the specified timeframe will automatically expire and forfeit without compensation.
- By participating in any promotion, credit program, or incentive offer, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases made with or without the application of credits remain final and non-refundable.
- Talosha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any credit or promotional program at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.
- Credits granted in error, or obtained through a purchase that is later reversed or disputed, may be removed from your balance.
8. Time-Limited Offers
- Some offers are available only for a limited window, shown by a countdown. The window belongs to your account, not your device, and continues to run if you leave the page.
- When a window closes, that offer is withdrawn. Whether, when, and at what price any later offer is presented is at Talosha's discretion, and no member is entitled to a repeated or future offer.
- Unless stated otherwise, an offer is limited to one per member, cannot be combined with another offer or discount, and has no cash value.
- Discount codes are issued for specific offers and members. A code used outside the offer it was issued for, or shared publicly, may be refused or the resulting purchase reversed.
9. Rank-Based Progression & Access Tiers
The Order of Talosha operates a structured rank-based progression system. Access to certain programs, content tiers, educational materials, and community features is contingent upon a member's advancement to the qualifying rank designated for that content.
- Rank-locked content is not immediately accessible upon enrollment and becomes available exclusively upon achieving the designated qualifying rank within the Order's progression framework.
- The pace at which any individual advances through rank tiers is determined by their personal engagement, participation, and completion of applicable study requirements. No specific timeline of advancement is guaranteed.
- No refund, credit, or compensation shall be issued on the basis that rank-gated content has not yet been unlocked at any point during a membership period.
- Talosha reserves the right to modify rank thresholds, access criteria, and program availability at any time. Reasonable advance notice will be provided to active members where practicable.
- Talosha further reserves the right to revoke, adjust, or recalibrate a member's rank in cases of violation of these Terms, misuse of the promotional system, or conduct inconsistent with the values and standards of the Order of Talosha community.
10. Lecture Library & Content Access
- Your license. Subject to these Terms, Talosha grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the lectures and use the materials your rank and purchases unlock, for your own non-commercial study.
- Completion. A lecture counts as completed only when the required share of it has actually been watched, as measured by our systems; skipping forward does not count. Lectures within a program may open in sequence.
- No copying. You may not download, record, screen-capture, re-stream, or otherwise copy lectures or materials unless a download option is expressly provided to you.
- Availability. We aim to keep content available but may update, reorder, replace, or retire individual lectures and materials to maintain the quality of the curriculum. Access to digital content lasts for as long as your membership or purchase provides and the Services remain in operation.
11. Intellectual Property
All content published, distributed, or made accessible through the Talosha platform and the Order of Talosha — including logos, graphics, illustrations, written materials, lectures, audio and video recordings, course frameworks, rank structures, digital downloads, and proprietary educational methodologies — is the exclusive intellectual property of Talosha.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without the express prior written consent of Talosha.
- Access to our content through a paid membership or purchase does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Talosha.
- Unauthorized use of Talosha's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.
- You may not use the name "Oracle Talosha," the "Order of Talosha" brand, or any associated marks in any commercial context without prior written authorization.
- Your content. You keep ownership of reviews, questions, profiles, and other content you submit. You grant Talosha a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content to operate the Services, and — for reviews and anonymized questions — to reproduce it in the Services and our educational materials. You confirm that you have the right to submit it.
- Feedback. Suggestions and feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
12. Disclaimer on Educational & Spiritual Materials
All materials, lectures, teachings, spiritual guidance, and content made available through Talosha and the Order of Talosha are provided strictly for informational, educational, and personal development purposes.
- Nothing contained within our Services constitutes or is intended to constitute professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice of any kind.
- You remain solely and fully responsible for how you interpret, internalize, and apply any content or guidance encountered through our Services.
- No guarantee of specific outcomes — spiritual, material, financial, or otherwise — is made by Talosha. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and interpretation.
- Our teachings draw from a wide range of ancient spiritual traditions. Engagement with these materials is entirely voluntary, and members retain full autonomy over their own beliefs at all times.
- The Services are not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional immediately.
- Practices described in our materials should be undertaken within the limits of your own health and circumstances. Consult a qualified professional before making health, financial, or legal decisions.
13. Direct Access Service — Terms of Use
The Direct Access Service provides members with the opportunity to submit personal questions and receive spiritual perspective and guidance from Oracle Talosha. By using this service, you agree to the following terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
- Member-Exclusive Access: The Direct Access Service is available exclusively to active members of the Order of Talosha in good standing.
- Nature of Guidance: All guidance provided is based on spiritual insights and philosophical reflection. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
- No Assumption of Responsibility: Oracle Talosha does not assume any responsibility for the decisions you make or the outcomes that result from acting upon guidance received.
- Anonymous Use of Submissions: By submitting a question, you acknowledge that your inquiry may be used anonymously as an educational example. Your identity will remain strictly confidential if consent is granted.
- Respectful Communication: All users are expected to communicate with respect and thoughtfulness. Disrespectful or inappropriate submissions may result in suspension of access.
- No Guarantee of Outcomes: Spiritual guidance is inherently subjective, and results will vary for each individual. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
- Limitations of Scope: This service offers spiritual and philosophical perspective only. It does not provide business strategies, investment recommendations, or legal advice.
- Right to Refuse: Oracle Talosha and Talosha reserve the right to decline or defer any submission at their sole discretion, without obligation to provide reason.
- Credits: Each submission uses the Direct Access credits shown at the time of submission. A credit is used when the question is submitted, and credits for declined submissions may be restored at Talosha's discretion.
14. Talosha Connect
Talosha Connect lets eligible members publish a profile and discover other members. By using it, you agree to the following in addition to these Terms.
- Eligibility. Talosha Connect is open only to members aged 18 or over who hold the qualifying rank. You must publish your own profile before you can view the profiles of others.
- Your profile. Everything in your profile, including your photograph, must be truthful, depict only you, and comply with the Community Standards. You consent to your published profile being shown to eligible members, and you may unpublish it at any time.
- Contact between members. Talosha does not screen members or supervise their interactions. Any contact, meeting, or exchange with another member is at your own discretion and risk. Never send money to another member, and report anyone who asks.
- No solicitation. Talosha Connect may not be used to advertise, sell, recruit, or solicit money, services, or participation in other programs.
- Reports and enforcement. You may report a profile or member. Talosha may review reports and hide, suspend, or remove any profile or account from Talosha Connect or the Services, with or without notice.
15. Affiliate & Partner Program
Participation in the Talosha affiliate or partner program is governed by the separate Affiliate Agreement you accept when you join, including its commission, reserve, withdrawal, and payout provisions. Where the Affiliate Agreement conflicts with these Terms on a matter of the program, the Affiliate Agreement governs. Affiliates may not offer their own discounts, alter our prices, or make claims about the Services beyond those Talosha provides.
16. Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your access to and use of our Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:
- Using the Services for any unlawful purpose, including hacking, phishing, spamming, distributing malware, or engaging in fraudulent activity
- Harassing, threatening, demeaning, or disrespecting staff members, Oracle Talosha, or any other members of the Order of Talosha community
- Misusing, manipulating, or attempting to exploit any promotional system, credit program, referral structure, or rank progression mechanism
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling access to paid content, membership areas, or proprietary materials without express written authorization
- Impersonating any person, entity, or member of the Talosha team, including Oracle Talosha, in any context
- Engaging in conduct that disrupts or degrades the experience of other members or undermines the integrity of the Order of Talosha community
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary content or platform functionality without authorization
- Circumventing, tampering with, or attempting to bypass access controls, rank checks, offer timers, payment flows, or watch-progress measurement
- Accessing the Services through bots, scripts, or other automated means, or placing an unreasonable load on our systems
- Filing false payment disputes, or using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any remaining membership access or credits, and potential legal action where applicable.
17. Community Standards & Values
The Order of Talosha is built upon the principles of spiritual openness, mutual respect, and sincere pursuit of growth. Every member carries a shared responsibility for the culture and integrity of this community.
- Members are expected to engage with all teachings, perspectives, and fellow members with an open mind and a respectful disposition, regardless of differing beliefs, backgrounds, or spiritual traditions
- Discrimination of any kind — whether based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, or cultural background — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the community
- Members who consistently disrupt the learning environment or act in bad faith toward the mission of the Order may be removed without refund at Talosha's sole discretion
- The community is a space for growth, not debate for its own sake. Constructive discussion is welcomed; antagonism, proselytizing, or attempts to impose beliefs upon others are not
- Respect the privacy of fellow members: do not share another member's personal information, messages, or images outside the community without their consent
18. Third-Party Services
Parts of the Services are provided through third parties, including Stripe for payments and billing, Wix for hosting and member accounts, and external community platforms such as Skool. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Talosha is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and an interruption of a third-party service does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Talosha does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Talosha, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use our Services.
This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory. No guarantee of specific outcomes — spiritual, personal, financial, or material — is made by Talosha or Oracle Talosha under any circumstances.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, Talosha's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Talosha in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talosha and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, content you submit, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.
22. Suspension & Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account does not cancel amounts already owed, including remaining Payment Plan installments.
- Talosha may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services, other members, or Talosha. Where a breach is the reason, no refund is due for unused access.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including those on payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — survive it.
23. Legal Entity & Persona Disclosure
"Oracle Talosha" is a spiritual teaching persona and fictional identity used exclusively for the purpose of delivering educational and spiritual content within the Order of Talosha framework. Oracle Talosha does not represent a natural person in any legal sense.
All intellectual property rights, contractual obligations, legal responsibilities, and commercial operations associated with the Talosha platform and the Order of Talosha are held by and conducted under the legal entity Talosha.
24. Governing Law & Disputes
- Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
- Courts. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you and Talosha consent to their jurisdiction.
- Consumers. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings where that law allows.
25. General Provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and Talosha about the Services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
- No waiver. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. Talosha may assign them, including as part of a business transfer.
- Events beyond control. Talosha is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including outages of providers, networks, or payment systems.
- Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account or by posting them in the Services. You may send notices to the address in Section 27.
26. Modifications to These Terms
Talosha reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any material modifications will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date.
Your continued access to or use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases completed before the revised Terms were posted; those purchases remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time.
